Assessment: Exam Based
The course is suitable for students who achieved a grade D in GCSE Mathematics at school. It is another opportunity to gain this most important of qualifications. It includes the study of number, algebra, shape and space and handling data.
College entry requirements.
Successful students may be able to access A Levels which require GCSE Grade C in Mathematics.
This is an essential qualification that is highly regarded by employers and Universities and is a pre-requisite for many careers and courses.
What are your qualifications? BSc Mathematics and Physics , PGCE Secondary Mathematics
Teaching experience? Three years of A-level Mathematics, Three years of A-level Further Mathematics.
What other relevant experience/qualifications do you have?
Previously worked as a private tutor of mathematics and philosophy for university students.
